This sale is made subject to the following conditions: Under no circumstances will this kitten be sold, leased, or given to any pet shop, animal shelter, research laboratory or similar facility. This kitten is sold as a : breeder/show quality kitten. In Breeder's opinion, this kitten is breeder/show quality. This means that it has no disqualifiable characteristics, meets the CFA and FIFe standard and will be able to attain, at a minimum, the status of Champion in CFA or FIFe competition. In the Breeder's opinion, this kitten should also be able to attain the status of Grand Champion in CFA or Grand International Champion in FIFe competition. This is the Breeder's opinion and in no way constitutes a guarantee, because many factors, (such as grooming, condition and personality), can affect a cat's success in competition. Breeder represents and warrants that the Cat is in good heath and free of bacterial and viral infections,all internal and external parasites and congenital defects .Within 72 hours of receipt of the Cat (except Sundays and holidays) , Buyer may, at his option and sole expense, have the Cat examined by a licensed veterinarian. If such veterinarian certifies that the kitten is ill and that the illness was present prior to sale, the breeder should be contacted at once, before any major treatment is begun (except in emergency situations).In such case, upon return of the cat with veterinary report of illness, Breeder will refund the full purchase price of the kitten. This kitten is sold for showing and breeding purposes and this kitten are guaranteed fertile unless infertility results from an injury or disease occurring after purchase. If a breeder cat is older than 2 and half years and , female(male) is not fertile - unable to produce a total of at least two live kittens when bred to two different males(females) (as excepted above and this certified by a licensed veterinarian), the breeder will replace the cat with one of equal value (price). Buyer will be responsible for shipping costs associated with delivery of replacement cat. Should a kitten die within twelve months after purchase from a hereditary disease, the buyer is entitled to another kitten of equal value(price) as soon as one is available. Buyer can only lay claim to another kitten if he shows a statement from a licensed veterinarian or an autopsy report from a licensed laboratory to the breeder, which shows that the kitten did indeed die from a hereditary disease. Buyer will be responsible for shipping costs associated with delivery of replacement kitten. Buyer has an obligation to take good care of the kitten , to treat injuries or illnesses, and to vaccinate the kitten yearly. To give it a clean, healthy environment, frequent and kind human attention. good food and enough room to move (no cages). Under no circumstance shall the kitten be declawed. The kitten should not be allowed to move freely outside the house. If buyer for whatever reason should not be able to keep the kitten ,buyer shall either return the kitten to Breeder or with Breeder's written permission, spay the kitten and either keep the kitten as a pet or place the kitten in a pet home. 10.  This kitten will not be bred until she is at least 12 months of age, preferably older, unless medical reasons make this necessary. Female will not be bred more than 3 times in 24 months, preferably less. 11.  . Breeder has the right of first refusal (for no more than the original purchase price) to reacquire this kitten should the Buyer decide to transfer ownership outside his/her family. Breeder agrees to provide reimbursement for all transportation charges and other fees associated with the reacquisition. 12.  Breeder agrees to provide :A. FIFe Pedigree with 5 generations   B. International certificate of vaccination-shots included are:1st & 2nd set of Fel-o- Vax LV-K-IV vaccines , rabies shot   C. Transfer -registration paper D. Health certificate   E. Copy of PKD negative certificate for sire and dam 13.  For kittens being shipped, all money due for the kitten and shipping costs are payable prior to shipping, pickup or delivery. Kittens are shipped with food, water, and litterbox in the carrier and with all documents. 14.  Breeder cannot guarantee there are non stop flights to all cities, but an attempt will be made to arrange it if possible. 15. Buyer agree to inform Breeder as to any awards this cat might receive at the cat shows. (Champion, Grand Champion, etc.). The Buyer also agreed to send photos of the Kitten to Breeder at the ages one year and every year thereafter.(at least) .The Buyer should also enclose a brief note describing the health and temperament of the Cat/Kitten. This clause is of great assistance to Breeder in evaluating its breeding program. By signing this document, you agree to the terms of the contract that are embodied in this writing. This writing constitutes the final expression of the agreement between the buyer and the breeder, and it is the complete and exclusive statement of this guarantee. Legal disputes over this contract will be held in a court in Belgrade, state of Yugoslavia..
